  2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

  • We accept international orders.

  • Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Payment must be made in full before products are shipped.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within New Zealand and internationally.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days within New Zealand (international shipping times may vary).

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

  • Luméa is not responsible for delays, customs charges, or lost parcels once orders are handed to the courier.

  1. Returns & Refunds

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving it by contacting us at lumea.tallow@gmail.com.

  • Refunds are available for unopened, unused products only.

  • Refunds are not available for products that have been opened or used, unless required by law.

  • Refunds and exchanges are handled in line with New Zealand Consumer Law.
